Design for a loft conversion in a traditional terraced house, adding 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small study in the attic. The original proposal was for a full-width dormer to the rear, but the planning department refused this, so we had to reduce the size of the dormer so that it could be progressed under permitted development.
